We used to go to Site Preferences and the event would be triggered. I went to Preferences, but nothing happened. It is my 9th year anniversary...woohoo! Would like to get my Loyalty Box...but so far nothing seems to trigger the event. Any ideas???

If it doesn't actually say '9 years' it won't be triggered yet. You have to wait until the minute you joined 9 years ago. c:
