I've not always gotten skins it seems, either duplicates or otherwise and I'm asking here about it before making a bug thread to see if others are having the same issue

Duplicates happen, both of ones you already had and weren't wearing and of skins you were already wearing. Not a bug.

a number of times I look at my HA and it's normal though is why im asking. I check in the wardrobe, too, and don't even see partial O_o

Of the last 15 zaps, I have only gotten 3 new skins. Bye bye tokens! :'(

Some skins only cover part of your HA, and depending on what you're wearing it's hard to tell that you actually have one on.

If you're convinced it's a bug, take screenshots of all the skins you have before you zap and strip your HA so you can tell if you have a partial skin on after you zap.

I've also found that sometimes it takes a LOOOONG time for the cache to update and the new skin to appear on my HA. I always use the link to check what I look like in the wardrobe and so far there's always been a change, even if some of them were duplicated.
