The layout of this wardrobe is far less functional than the original and even the V2 beta one. It feels like you've gone out of your way to make it MORE complicated looking, rather than more usable. What was so wrong with the V2 beta version that it had to be scrapped entirely for this new layout? It used to look very well formed, and now it just seems like you hate pages that have visible borders. By the way, there's nothing wrong with visible borders. Visible borders give the page more uniformity. It was also more attractively compacted with my link bars on the sides. I really hope those are added back in when the wardrobe comes out of beta. IF it ever comes out of beta.

I'm new around here, but from what I've read the old V2 Beta wardrobe was going to stop working in the most popular browsers. They had no choice but to make another. They also say it is not finished yet. They seem to be working on putting all the features they want in, then at the end they will go back and make it look nice.

I'm more annoyed with the fact they removed the original v1 wardrobe salon without warning and without having implemented lowlights and highlights in the new wardrobe.

The V3 wardrobe is mostly functional. HOWEVER, there are items that DO NOT show up in it. This makes the complete removal of the V1 wardrobe extremely frustrating to me. The V1 worked fine for me (I use Opera) and I would appreciate being able to still access it, until the V3 is FULLY functional. Surely there is still a link to the V1, so why can we not have it???? V3 is clunky looking, also, and the remove items page is AWFUL. The V3 is NOT ready to be the only accessible wardrobe.

Agreed with this fully. The hospital gowns from medicontra are still broken in v3 and it's just like wat. Same with the ringleader top hats from the carnival shop. I used to be very bitter about losing the v1 wardrobe, but ever since it started adding that bad default face it became unusable to me, so I've been using the v3 wardrobe. I like it pretty well but the usability of the v3 should be improved before removing the previous two wardrobes...

I also heavily agree with the OP, I hate this wardrobe design as well as the previous beta's. All the elements to the wardrobe aimlessly floating in a giant white space is my least favourite thing, which is why I loved the v1 wardrobe so much. It was neat and compact and easy to use.

The v3 is not easy to use. It won't search unless you actually hit the search button... Mild complaint but I loved it searching in the middle of my typing so I wouldn't have to finish what I was writing, or at the very least make it search when I hit enter? I'm also.. Not really a fan of all the layers being in a dropdown? To be honest it makes it more difficult to find the one I'm looking for, not to mention the layers are still out of order, so increased difficulty. Also can the items list maybe be contained in a div box or whatever? When you wear a lot of items the page stretches a mile down and it's just unnecessary.

Oh AND you still have to check the hidden last ghost page. You know, that page AFTER the last page? If you hit the double arrows to go the last page, that's not actually the last page, even if it says it is. More often than not I've had to click the single arrow to go to the next page, to find the rest of my items hidden on a ghost page that doesn't exist?

I'm not amused that the saved outfits is now under "shared" (someone had to tell me where to find them and how to access them) and I don't really understand why all of mine are now a jumbled mess. I think this has something to do with how v1 interacted with the now defunct v2, because I had the same issue in v1 after I used them in v2. Supremely annoying either way...

Drawers! Without v1 I can no longer find anything. They encourage us to stuff our wardrobes full with a 15K achievement, but then when they make a sparkly new wardrobe, they fail to take that into account. Sure if I only had 100 items I could use the v3, but as it stands I've been dressing half assed ever since they deleted v1 with no warning.

What drives me the most nuts about v3 is the stupid search - once you've entered a search phrase you have to jump through hoops and do several hand stands before it STOPS using that search term.

As for the delete page - NO SEARCH function! Sure you can sort, but if your sort takes more than a single page and you go to the second page to find the item(s), you're fucked because the search doesn't extend to the rest of the pages.

And this is only the tip of the iceberg! I could go on for days about all the issues and problems.

I'm not the biggest wardrobe user. v3 makes me want to keep it that way. the layout needs some serious tweaking bc at the moment it's just a white space nightmare.

LOL no I'm not expecting more tiers, but I LIKE having all those things in my wardrobe because I never know what I might end up using that surprises myself. I tried reducing what was in there, putting thousands of items into an overflow gallery to see if I could live without the stuff and nearly every day I ended up in the gallery putting something back into my wardrobe! So I gave up and put it all back. In reality there's probably about 1000 items I could remove and never miss, but that would have very little impact on the problem.

Keith, is it 100% and you will not change your mind in the future, no suddenly new tier or new achievement, that the 15k is the last tier and the achievement will get retired very soon?? if yes, I'm selling 98% of my wardrobe in the next days lol I don't need all those items... will we get a notice? (including other stuff like shops...)

I wish the shared option for editing and the original was working so I could take items out.

Long as drawers come back and all the missing items are fixed (anyone got a list of the ones that don't show?) I will be fine with this current one. Layout for me isn't a big deal. Would like the avatar at the bottom to moved up but that's fine too. -lol- Guess I'm not overly picky on this. I'd just like the drawers back cuz I use to stuff all my CWs in it.

This, please Keith. I'd like to know if I should even attempt it or not. I haven't been cause it wasn't a big deal for me but would like to know if I want to give it a shot. Wardrobe isn't such a big deal. I always try to put 1 of each item in it anyway just so I know I GOT all those items.

- the V1 wardrobe had a really useful feature on the items/dress the avatar section. When we selected an item there was an option to remove it to the inventory. Any chance of adding it to the V3 wardrobe?

I don't really care about which wardrobe is implemented, all i care right now is for the achievement to still stay here until i reach 15k - how else am i going to get the 'shore' hair and those wearables? =_=

personally i have nothing against v3 because it works fine for me. i just came on the forum because i noticed v1 gone o.o and i thought i missed some announcement about it. [i did know it will be gone, i just didn't understand it would be done so fast, hence my confusion]

[edit] i was able to access v1: i was adding a scarf to my wardrobe by hand from my inventory, and the page informing me the action was successful contains the link to the v1... except i don't think it can be used, as it seemed to do the 'forever-load' thing. :/
