What happened?

But that doesn't explain why I'm getting brand new skins (the zombie shark for example) but it's still greyed out on my list. Is it incorrectly displaying the skins I've received? Why am I not able to get these new ones that it shows I have on me, but not in my skin list?

I'm not sure what you mean by the zombie shark. The Carchari skin? That's not a zapper skin, you can't have unlocked it from Morostide. If you unlocked it during Survival and it's greyed out now, that would be something to file a ticket for.

I'm not sure what would be going on with it though, I've never had that happen. Are you able to wear any of the greyed out skins or does it give you an error? Are you like zapping, and then when you go to the wardrobe (with the skin still equipped from the zapper) the skin is still greyed out? Because that could just be a cache issue, I would hard refresh/clear your cache + cookies and see if that fixes it

I know that's a Survival only skin, which is weird that I seemed to have briefly gotten it. I was also zapped with another skin (I don't know the name but it looks like a Drell from Mass Effect) and I don't have that unlocked either, nor the unicorn one with tiny scale patches here and there. I suppose only 2 missing skins in retrospect doesn't seem so bad, but the fact that I supposedly got 2 skins that I actually didn't and therefore blew at least 100 tokens on for nothing is rather disappointing.
