Subeta is by no means the oldest, biggest or most structurally sound sites out there, but it's the best. The community is good, small and really tight-knit. The staff responds to questions and despite bugs and glitches, it is still a fun place to be. The economy hasn't gone to crap like many sites have too.

Sometimes I think you have to be a Neo refugee to fully appreciate this site. If you file a ticket, it's answered very quickly by people who know their stuff. Never once has any UA told me to go ask on the forum in a snippy tone. The users are amazingly helpful. This is just a great place to kill some hours doing things that don't stress you out. I enjoy and appreciate Subeta as well.
