I found a thread in battle, but I thought Deadly Bella was a Morostide Challenger, but she's not listed in that thread. Or am I mistaken about her?

no, deadly bella was released a couple months ago (july, i think?) as part of the monthly theme, which was the great outdoors. she's unlocked by visiting the hiking area.
