So I'm not sure where to exactly pose my question, so hopefully this is the right place.

As it shows in my profile, I'm an older user who has been here since before the reset 10 years ago. My last forum interaction was in 2009. I've been here for a while, but lately just logging in every 6 months..which leads to my question.

With the achievements, I've been collecting the long time user ones since it came out, but it appears that in my absence, the achievement system was erased or wiped clean. So while browsing user info, it awarded me 10 loyalty boxes for the time I've been here....but there's one issue...I still have loyalty boxes (unused) in my inventory from before this glitch or reset happened.

Was there a reset done with the achievement system? And am I allowed to keep these 'extra' boxes??

There have been issues with the Loyalty Boxes in the past so maybe that's why you were rewarded with too many of them. I'm pretty sure it's not okay to keep/use them so you should make a ticket to let a User Admin sort things out for you, they should be able to find out how many you are allowed to keep and will delete the rest for you.

The achievement system was changed over, there should be a link at the top of the achievement page to import your old achievements. Unfortunately this might mess up your Loyalty Boxes more if you go to your User Dashboard afterwards since it resets to what your achievements were on the old system.
