Hi, how do I use a background with my avatar? I see the default color when working on it is black, and when I add a background, the face will not show. I moved the bg to the bottom of the items, but it will not go below the default nose, mouth, eyes, base, hair. The skin shows the background color instead of the skin color. Thanks!

Use the V3 wardrobe, pray that the item you want to use shows up (because newly added won't for some reason right now, it's take even longer for the cache to catch up) and drag it below the "base" layer. Play around with it. c:

I am using the V3 version. The item is showing up (Harvest Crystal Ball) but the base items are glitching. Will move, then not move, and the bg will now go below them.

Huh, the only thing I can think it's doing is that kind of laggy glitch the V3 wardrobe is prone to doing then. Sorry.

Thanks anyway. I hope they get it fixed soon. I haven't been able to use a BG, but at least I can change the other items.

sometimes users get a black background if they haven't clicked the "click HERE to remove your hair" link under Hair.

That worked, thank you! That even fixed the background issue. I couldn't move anything below the base items, and once I removed the hair, I was able to move the background to the very bottom.

you are welcome. My other troubleshoots for Wardrobe today were not so useful, so I'm glad something I said was helpful today!
