So I'm currently in the middle of coding a new profile (hence the state of disrepair it's currently in) but I'm having a very, very specific issue.

I can't seem to get the title or the alt designation in HTML tags to stick. They're there when I look at the source code via Edit Profile, but on the actual profile itself they're absent. This is a bit frustrating as I'd like to be able to mouseover the pet images I'm coding in and have their names show up.

This is the code that is put into the profile box and is still shown as such:

But when I confirm it and take a look at the result, the code in the page itself is always:

The system has some abnormalities like forcing me to not use quotes in CSS properties such as background-image: URL, but this particular issue is new to me.

(note to mods: this is not help with HTML or CSS, this is help with how the profile system itself works. I'd like to know if this is a bug or not)
