There was an event a way back that gave us all sicknesses. I turned blue as you can see and thinking it was cute I have ignored it all this time. I have now decided I don't want to stay like this, but I have no idea how to cure it anymore. Does anyone have an idea please?

Go into the v3 Wardrobe and go to the Skins tab at the top. Click where it says to "click here to remove your skin" and it should be unlocked for you to use later.

Thank you for trying to help me :-) I went there but I was unable to remove this skin. Everything works there except the remove button for this. In fact I don't even see this skin listed in the list. This skin could be as far back as 3 or 4 years. I remember you had to make a potion or something but I don't remember what.

I still need help if anyone can remember please!

You don't need to make a potion anymore, just remove the skin. If it's not listed, it might be a zapper skin instead which should show up when the zapper becomes available for this year (should be soon, just said sometime after the weekend, and it's Monday). You're hexed though so I can't tell what skin you have (but blue sounds like the Avatar movie-based zapper skin)

Yup, that's a zapper skin c: The switch from the beta wardrobe to v3 is probably just holding up staff getting the zapper going. I'm sure it should be up and running in the next couple of days and you should have no problems turning off your skin c:

I hope someone can help me with this. I used the zapper, removed the skin. And now I am blue again. From memory this was from a plot or event that you needed a potion to cure it with. Can someone help please?

You're hexed again so I can't see what your skin looks like :c When it wears off I'll see if I can tell what it's from. Are you sure you saved your HA to remove the skin? You used to use potions to remove zombie skins but they're no longer necessary.

I'm using OSX and with Chrome that button doesn't work. I had to switch from Chrome to Firefox.

Firefox show it as being removed, but my HA shows it still on. I'm hoping this is a cache thingy.

Thank you for the suggestion. The skin I was zapped to actually removed. It was the pumpkin one. But this blue/purple thing wont go and it wont allow me to remove it either. I am thinking its an old skin and its just not recognized. I don't even see it on the skin list. I am stuck lol Yes I am sure thank you :D It took off the pumpkin one I zapped to. But the one I am stuck with isn't showing on the list so I assume its not recognised

You have to save your HA after you remove it, if you didn't already

right now the Firefox v3 won't even show the greyed-out skins for me. In both, the Skins I have are prioritized near the top left. Does your purple/orange thingy show at all and is it there? If so you may have to file a Ticket in Help to see if this is a Bug to report.

I was a little slow I think. I tried a ticket and they fixed it for me instantly. Amazing customer service on this site. Subeta rocks like that. Thank you both for helping me though. I appreciate you trying to help a stranger :D
