Can anyone explain how fast pass for ToT works? I've only gotten it a few times. I think 4 or 5 would be my best guess. Not having the buff makes ToTing extremely tedious because I have to wait 10-15 minutes between each one. I keep forgetting that I'm waiting and wandering off to do something else. Is it totally random how often you get the pass or is there something I can do to trigger it?

4-5 a fast pass in the first 24 hours of the event is insanely lucky.

But yes, it's random.

The pass is randomly awarded when you TOT someone. It shortens the wait time to 3-5 minutes.
