New TOT Items Do Not Show Up In V3 Wardrobe

Got the Gourd Witch Creeping Vine and put it into wardrobe. Can access it in Old Wardrobe and save, but when I go to V3 it's not there. And by saving in Old Wardrobe, my HA gets totally whacked with a very naked HA and all wardrobe items behind the HA. Is there a fix in the works???
As you can see, the vine headdress is under my hair...lol :)
This seems to be the same problem they've been having with new items taking forever to finally show up in there. It's rather annoying :(
Q: Some of my items aren't showing up! A: Did you add those items in the last 24 hours? Right now there is some heavy caching going on in the wardrobe to keep it speedy, but I'm making gains on getting it down to 5-10 minutes, or when you add new items to just reset your cache entirely. If it has been more than 24 hours, please ping me and let me know what item!
