I am wanting to draw more. I am wondering how someone would upload a picture they drew with pencils and pencil crayons? Also what is the normal going rate for sketches, line art, and color. Any other tips is loved please and thanks.

You would have to take a picture of or scan a picture you drew and upload it to an image hosting site like imgur or photobucket. As for pricing, there's a separate pricing forum for art, and you'd be better off asking there because they probably have the best idea.
