Hi! I've noticed my Faceworm infection from valentine's 2011 is no longer available on my HA? I can't find it either in the old wardrobe, and it is not unlocked in the new version in alpha. I have not changed my HA since logging back in, and you can see I still have the eyes from the infection but not the actual skin.

I did take a long hiatus from Subeta (about 2 years) and only recently started playing again. Could this have affected my virus?

your hiatus shouldn't have affected it. I've seen another user with an old zombie skin be able to claim it in the v3 wardrobe, so claiming it should work, but maybe it doesn't.

In the v3, more items can go below your HA than just hair and the new backdrops that don't have a keyhole. Look and see if your skin is in fact on, but below everything else you're wearing. If you don't find it in any of your layers after playing around a bit, then you should file a Ticket in Help and see if it's a bug or not.

Thank you for your help, but it looks like I can't unlock it and it's not equipped at all :( I'll go file a ticket haha
