If you've already got clothes, you can go to the wardrobe and put them on.

But if you've just joined, you'll probably need to buy some clothes first. Everything sold at the Clothing Rack, the Accessory Bin, the Sole Train, and All That Glitters are wearable. Once you buy something, click on it in your inventory and choose "move to wardrobe" to make it available to wear.

I know but I wanna do the hair and face body etc

You can edit your hair, face, body in the Hair and Base tabs.

Make sure you're using the V3 wardrobe too. That's most likely to work best for you (and for everyone, V2 has been having a lot of issues lately).
