There is no vending machine where you can get tokens. You have to do wizard quests: http://subeta.net/quests.php/wizard

There are multiple vending machines, one for each land. You can find them by clicking on "Explore", then each land, then exploring around.

Riverside's vending machine, for example, is located right next to Pete's burger stand thing.
