I'm trying to make some money by selling some of the Brewery items. Which items would help make a good profit?

Books and wearables tend to make the most profit but usually you can make a little more once the holiday is over if people miss getting what they wanted from all the shops.

like said the consume-ables, but also a few items from Alegarten are Achievement related Honey Sweetened Milk is one such example. The price of that went from 500K to 20M within a month.

Because the time between buys is so short folks will be making up for all the items they didn't get last year and will be able to buy multiple copies of so I don't think the ratio of risk to profit will be as low as it was last year. Any and all speculative purchases you make may be a bust. All of the items from Gunter are Holiday Item prize rarity, and as such Quentin will be asking for those that sell in user shops for less than 50KsP. So a nice profit might be had (if you're patient) just buying the really cheap items.

Finally the thing to keep in mind is that sometimes Luminaire and some site events can be capital-intensive. Don't spend all your currency, give yourself a cushion. A lot of sP is leaving the system with this holiday, so purchases in your shop will decline until folks can earn some back and if you anticipate needing a chunk of cash in the near-future but think you'll be able to earn it by then you should not count on this.
