Rin's father is a muggle and she was primarily raised by him so she knows how to blend in with the muggle world quite easily.
My character is pureblood Slytherin who has no idea what she's doing

She started with a hat, because she found out that muggles like hats and that was something found in the back of a closet.
She prefers skirts and the particular one she's wearing is one of her favorites, but she figured they wear skirts in the muggle world, too, so it's okay. She has a shall in case she gets cold, but then also a scarf because one time she went to London and everybody was wearing scarves so apparently that's just the thing to do.
She also bought a coffee at Starbucks? and is carrying it around because other girls do that, too.
SHE'S READY FOR A GREAT DAY! :D

Rox had seen muggles before, she had lived next to a couple of them for years. She had seen the way they dressed and she knew the basics. She had never been friends with a muggle before, as none of them had been of her age, she had absolutely no clue what to do with the accessories. She hadn't paid enough attention to those in the past, therefor finding the right place for belts (is this for your leg?), hair ribbons (must be for the other leg then, maybe?), anklets (oh this looks nice around my wrist) and necklaces (what is this??) was hard. And although she thinks she knows the basic stuff, wrapping a shirt around her head as a scarf might not be her best idea either!

Elune watched Austin Powers (clearly an exemplary work of muggle-habits) on a real television once. She summons to mind all of the vulgar attire, then sets to work on her outfit. While she feels rather humiliated upon finishing, she's confident that her wardrobe could fool any passing muggle family.
As she walks down the hall, Elune pulls at the wedgie from her latex suit. She adjusts the boa around her neck, finding it rather itchy. Then, she squirts water onto the floor from her "imitation ray gun" (something a muggleborn Ravenclaw let her borrow) and wonders what the purpose of this curious gadget is.
She watches others gather in the hall, then nods toward and , believing that they have nearly the right idea for this assignment. But she finds 's dress unbelievable--Muggles couldn't possibly wear such humble vestments. (ooc: I hope you will catch on to my sarcasm, Rin. Your outfit is actually spot-on :P)

Emma McMonigle - Hufflepuff House
Emma is muggle-born, so she knows how muggles dress... in Africa and India that is. Having lived on other continents most of her life, she doesn't understand European fashion all that well. When they lived in Africa, there was no reason to shop. But in India the McMonigles would go on market days as a family, which her mother insisted on Emma having a proper outfits for "blending in with the crowd."
Most of the casual wear that Emma has in her trunk is Indian-styled, though she's feel heartily embarrassed by how out of place she looks next to her schoolmates with their cooly-British fashion sense.
Growing up with my pureblood parent's i had only heard stories about muggle's, more like fairytails really. I always imagined them to be so happy, and elegant! I guess you could something like a princess, so i decided to go with the princess look! Except i think they prefer to be called Hipsters if i recall that correctly? Was in a book i read about muggle's but i did not quite understand it though...
Unfortunately, there is very little hilarity in dressing up a Muggleborn, but at least they're getting a chance to use their beloved electronics again.
(Hufflepuff)
Yes, this is what I always wear when I go shopping. What do you mean, "too many cats"?Rose Thorn (cat lover) for Hufflepuff!

Mae parents are muggleborns so she pretty much knows how muggles dress though she heard it rains a lot in London and people wear colorful things so hence "blinding" colors, rain boots and umbrella. Also she wears the purple bandana to identify as a witch (since wearing purple stuff is a way to indicate that). The beret? Well she's from France and they wear it at Beauxbâtons, her older sister teases her about being at Hogwarts on a regular basis so yeah, Sibbling love...
(oopale, Ravenclaw)
Lapis isn't a pure blood. Her maternal grandmother was muggleborn and her father is a halfblood, but his parents moved back to Belgium when Lapis was very young, so she grew up in a mainly magical household. She doesn't have much of an interest in muggle culture, save for the box of old magazines her grandmother had lying around the house that she sometimes flips through, and the occasional postcard she receives when her oma and opa are vacationing at the beach.
She put together a bit of what looked popular in the magazines (Pointe Magazine, Biker Lifestyle and Vogue) and some of what the vacationers from the postcards were wearing and voila! Instant Muggle!
Lapis Lazuli - Ravenclaw

Judging by the looks from some of her fellow students as she made her way to the Great Hall, Ceil has either grown a second head or has managed to look weird. Is it the headphones? The lipstick? The bow? Oh, gods, it's the bow, isn't it. She's just not a bow kinda girl. But this is, kinda, how muggles dress. She knows muggles, loves her some muggles, even. She's just not good at being cute.
Ceilidh, for House Hufflepuff, with the only blood moon she can see tonight.

Elrith's pre-Hogwarts life was largely spent in the muggle world, barring visits to her mother's family. Having been born with no powers herself, Elrith's mother worked hard to integrate and establish herself in the muggle world; although she loves her family dearly and looks forward to visiting them for the holidays.
Elrith still keeps in touch with her muggle friends and sees them when she is home from 'boarding school', and her mum keeps her up to date in Heat magazine so she doesn't suffer any faux-pas when she returns. That said, she still finds some muggle fashions baffling - such as moustaches-on-everything. What is that about?
And she does ocassionally enjoy playfully mis-informing her classmates on the habits of muggles; such as the time she heard talking about Austin Powers and told her it was so grounded in fact it was practically a documentary.
Elrith Tanithly - Gryffindor
(Elune - your story & outfit are ace!)
( Now that's just diabolical, Elrith. Lmao. Kudos on your story and attire! And thank you!)

Silver knew how muggles dressed as her dad was one, but unfortunately Silver had a style that was very much her own, today she did try to tone it down, but couldn't resist wearing her very bold leggings and keeping the hair colour she had grown to love
Silver Moon Ravenclaw

Thana didn't have a clue about how muggles dressed in their day to day lives. She'd never had any real reason to interact with them. If she or her family ever needed anything from the muggle world, it would be acquired and brought to the family home. Except...thinking back, she could remember when a few muggles had gotten lost one night and stumbled onto the lawn in the early hours, waving bottles and shouting at one another...
Thana ((dressed as a little bit of a chav xD)) | Slytherin
I think maybe some muggles dress like this. My dad had to stop his car for one once when we where going to my great great grandmas house. She doesn't live in the wizarding world. I guess..maybe regular muggles dress with just shirts, jeans and shoes?

If she's going to dress as a Muggle, she's gonna be the best kind of Muggle: a scientist!
...okay, so she spent her extra money on a Muggle chemistry set instead of an outfit for the shopping trip and just threw a lab coat on over a spare uniform. NO REGRETS.
Veta || Ravenclaw
Aside from the very obvious amount of cats, Giselle adapts well to the muggle world, appearing like any other teenage girl with a vague interested in fashion. Her colors generally coordinate, and she stays up to date on trends, but she just can't seem to understand why muggles look at her like she's so eccentric. Meow meow meow.
, I think our characters would get along haha.
