alright, so. i came back to subeta a bit before this last plot and it's not difficult to get back into the swing of things, but the last time i seriously kept up with events and such was uh, the time travel plot (masquerade '13)? and before that, pandemic '12 (with a big gap in between, because college). so i was wondering, is there anyway to catch up with the news that doesn't involve sifting through two or three years of news posts?

along the lines of that, i was wondering if i need to keep my freckle fever skin on or can i redeem it with that wardrobe base thing, or what? like, will i lose my old woman zombie privileges if i redeem it so i can play around with the wardrobe without liquid latex, or...? (do i even have old woman zombie privs, or is the underground open to everyone, now? :?)

redeeming skins is something you can freely do. You can put them on again if you want to do combinations at teh Alchove, NPC Zosi will still not do business with the Living. Other than that there's no particular game bonus for doing so it is for your own amusement. All of Skitters' years are currently open to everyone. Last year some old strains came out again, so your skin may no longer be so unique.
