I'm fairly certain that it is private with at least one public copy. released it and the public recolor (Sultry Nudes Palette, maybe 1 batch from what I can tell ">here) earlier this year. Unfortunately, I don't know who the artist is, but hopefully you can find out!

That item was private with only three copies being released to anyone and those even were to specific people who'd expressed interest in past makeups and I was friendly with. Memory is a bit foggy.

I have 6 in my vault and would sell but I sold one copy and I told the buyer that it was the one I would sell.
