I don't know if anyone else has noticed but Arctic frost looks like its....raining? Is this normal?

It's raining everywhere. It happens on Mondays for a while and means you have a higher chance of being visited by the Tempest random event.

I was wondering the same thing too! Went to Riverside Valley and it was dark and raining! First time I've seen this happen, thought maybe it was apart of another plot coming out that I didn't know about. Thanks for clearing that up Karen.

The 3-hour time that Tempest rains is random, but the luck of the draw it's been happening the most in the early wee hours of the day.
