What are the Mage Amulets again and what do I do with them? I cant remember for the life of me.

You can turn them into the Mage who can be found by going Subeta>Explore>Shadowglen>littlehouse thingy at the base of Jaxon Manor/the Pumpkin patch

Turning them into him either gives you a shard or a tome. If you turn in a you have a 5/6 chance of getting a and a 1/6 chance of getting a The shard is kind of useless, but the Tome is a stat booster that gives a 1-3 boost in every stat. So if you want profit it might be better to sell the amulet for the sake of consistency. If you are into battling, though, I'd say take the chance for the booster.

Tiny side note, the shards can be fragged or recycled so they're worth holding onto if you need recycle points and/or crystals

you can trade them in to the Mage for a chance to get an expensive tome or more likely you'll get a cheap shard thing. I usually just sell the amulets themselves.

There's also an achievement where you have to collect all the amulets in your wardrobe.
