my friend is trying to join subeta and she can't get past the tutorial where she has to make an HA because the wardrobe won't load at all for her. she says: "the 'avatar' tab under wardrobe just has a perpetual loading bar, and it won't let me continue with the tutorial until I complete the avatar step. Is this normal? D:"

it did finally get her to the part where you pick a facial expression but she can't get the wardrobe to load whether it's regular or beta. can anyone help?

Unfortunately the avatar tab no longer works. What browser is she using? IE won't work, but FF or Chrome should for the other parts of the old wardrobe and the beta wardrobe.

she uses google chrome and she says she tried on safari and it did the same thing.

Has she looked at this thread and tried the fixes there?
