Hi, I've been a user for 2 yrs n recently filed a ticket for an achievement I didn't receive. I've filed half a dozen tickets in the last 2 yrs, 1 or 2 for legitimate issues and the rest because I was a silly newbie. However, every ticket I filed was resolved within 24 hrs n I was always impressed.My ticket was responded to, (she asked for the exact name of the achievement, which I stupidly hadn't given) and I haven't gotten a response in over 24 hrs. If this is normal, fine, but it's so unlike the other responses I've received that I just had to ask!

User Admins have real lives. It might take a few days for them to answer you! This isn't actually a problem so I can't understand what took you to post this here. Not to mention the title is a question so you should have looked for that special forum called Help & Questions below this one. I had tickets who took me a few minutes to be solved and others who took three months. I also had a few days without answer. As long as the ticket isn't locked and there's a UA linked to it, then it will be answered. Be patient. this isn't a problem nor a bug so move this to Help & Questions please? c:
Wow I didn't expect there to be snark. I wasn't being rude I was asking an honest question because my other tickets had been answered so quickly. I didn't want to bother her if that was the case, so that's why I was asking if the delay was normal, bc I was fortunate enough to have all my other problems answered so quickly. Bc this was unusual based on the other tickets I'd put in, I was just wondering. But for you to say you can't understand why I even posted is rude beyond belief.
