One: is it used up upon the random event occurring? Since I'm pretty sure everything I've seen with this event has been worth less than it... Two: Does it work if it's locked in the inventory?

It doesn't get used up, no. And yes, it'll work even if it's locked in your inventory.

Absolutely! If you use the trap and the spray together you catch the lizard 100% of the time.

I forget which one but one of the Achievements is only gettable if you only have one of them active. I think it's the trap? That's because if you have both of them active you never get a Comatose Lizard Minion you get the prize they were carrying instead.

The other thing to keep in mind if you're being budget conscious is that you get a lot more Lizard Minion events if you can't catch them at all than you get if you have the trap and/or spray. They will pay for themselves, just not as fast as one might think.

Another thing to keep in mind is that this holiday and Alegarten are sP intensive. You're gonna want to have a lot of sP on hand for the next few weeks.

- ah, good to know about the achievement, I'll put the repel away until I get that, then. I actually saw one today, but I didn't have the trap yet because millionaire center cooldown and I wanted to buy from there because THAT achievement, so I missed. Ah well.
