I went to the wardrobe to throw on a pirate outfit and I noticed the marauder items had been revamped.

Well... I guess it's nice to see them updated but some pieces I prefered the old look like the boots and eyepatch. These look really different.

I can't really see a difference on the jabot, sleeves and stockings, (have they not been revamped like the other pieces in the set?) but it's pretty noticeable on the other pieces.

The dresses, jabots, sleeves and stockings haven't been updated yet (or I'm seeing the old versions). I'm very sad about the boots but the hats look great now. I quite like the eyepatches too.

I don't think all pieces have been updated? Or well, I have crappy eyesight ouo' The eyepatches are lovely ❤️ I am not sure about the hats tho, but I don't like the boots.

I think the jabot, sleeves and stockings might have been skipped or overlooked? Possibly the dress also, but I feel like the shading on the black part of the dress is a tiny bit different or maybe I'm just imagining things.

The Marauder Boots look kinda awful now. The art is lovely, but the style is just...not for me. I prefer the old ones tbh. Love the hats though!

The new boots look...bad. I preferred the smooth look of the old art to the wrinkled look of the new. The other items look great though.

oh dear I'm really not liking any of the marauder revamps :( Everything was nice a tight and fitted and now it looks all baggy and saggy.

The art work is top notch but I just really think it doesn't suit these items, should be for plushies and beanbags.

Thanks for the updates. For me, I like the newer slouchy part of the boots, not so much the foot part though. The hats are...not something I will ever wear again, I do not like that puffy look. I prefer the old eye patches as well. It just smacks of "I'm a chibi, aren't I cute?" I hate that shit.

Not a fan of the boots, I much preferred the smoother version. Pretty much neutral as to the rest.

While the art is a step up, why did the boots go from nice and smooth to bulky and loose ? I don't wear a lot of the boots because of their bulk and messy look. Ah well.

I don't know why the boots are slouchy now or why the eyepatch is still shiny, but the hats look better and the eyepatch no longer looks like I'm wearing a thong on my face so... there's that at least.

Thanks for the ping to rvw, I must admit I rather prefer the old shape of the boots and eyepatch, my favourite thing about the old boots was that as they were a slimmer boot, the heel could be used in a layer, because often the bulkier boots cannot be layered (and we seem to have a lot of boots that have 'rolls' down the leg

I was going to knock the shininess and puffiness of new hat but then I remembered they tend to be made of material that was thicker and had a similar texture to that.

The eyepatches look a lot better now, the hat looks... okay, but I'm really not a fan of what they did to the boots. I really liked how the boot soles curved inward to look less bulky and I really don't know why they needed to make the tops of the boots so wrinkly :(
