I read somewhere that you can buy an item from the cash shop and use it to change your username but I can't figure out the item I need? Thank you so much for any help you can offer.

Right now I don´t remember which was the name of the item, but I think that they retired it from the cash shop, however you have the option to do it at the User Dashboard. It costs 1k csc.

no worries, I just thought the item was the only way to change my username. Since I can change it from the dashboard, the item is irrelevant. :P

Another option for changing your username is to use a Loyalty Username Token, found in your Loyalty Box for being a member of Subeta each year on your Subeta anniversary. This is a free option so you don't have to spend $10! This is what I used to change my username.

I think I may have used that on a 3 month gold account, because I had that in my inventory and locked when I started playing again. I activated it and started using it. Do those tokens come yearly or did I already lose my only chance at a free name change?

You get one every year. You can go to this page, if you were on haitus you might have more available. You get one when your account rolls over to the next year on your anniversary, at the exact minute you joined.

I got one for my 3rd year it looks like, but I don't remember getting one previous years. Of course I could simply be just forgetting. Looks like I will get another one in two months. Yay! :)
