What should I do to prepare for Alegarten?

I was looking at holidays on Subetapedia and saw that Alegarten is coming up. I think I was here for the last day of it last year but I have no idea what happens. Can you tell me what happens at Alegarten? How should I prepare to insure I am able to participate? Is there anything I need to buy or an amount of sP I should have to do decently in the holiday/event?
There is absolutely nothing to do to prepare for the Subetan Holidays
During Alegarten, the Brewery opens which houses three different shops. Food, drinks, and clothing/other. They rotate so at certain times become available. All the items cost sP, so you might want to save up a bit for it. :)

I don't prepare for anything anymore, this way, it ensures that I actually play the game during the holiday rather than just buy everything on day one, but if Keith and you only want to see me five minutes a day, sure, why not?
Preparing for Alegarten to me just means making sure you can be on during each of the rotations at least once xD
If nothing retires, it will most likely cost almost 40 mil sP if you want to buy one of every single item, new and old :P
So, save some sP.
