Here is the deal. I don't own a verified PayPal account, but i do have a Neteller account. It's allowed to use Neteller in this site? Also, I feel like people will just flee off any of my offers due of this, because everyone use PayPal in this thing of art market. (I didnt know where to post this, hope this is the rigth board)
