It's gallery and TC fodder for now. Most battlers already got their wins with the regular Red Scales before the loot changed. It will be until Fireside when both Cursed Effigies are reset and everyone can get wins and loot again.

Only expensive because they only come from cursed effigy as a random drop and a lot of people were done with him before they changed it. Doubtful anyone will buy one, plus regular effigy will drop them during fireside.
