Hey! I'm back on subeta after a long (we're talking multiple years) absence and I have SEEN neelas but I don't think you can just adopt them in the center. I was wondering if anyone had the background on those guys and how they came to Subeta!

they're a cash shop exclusive pet. for 250 csc, you can create one or buy a potion to change on of your existing pets. the original news post is here if you'd like to check it out!

Neelas are Cash Shop only pets. You can adopt one for 250 CSC, or purchase an elixir for the basic colors at the same price. They were released in December a couple of years ago, and have a SubetaPedia entry here that has lore about them.
