We all have the little snacks we like to make when we're home alone and just watching a movie. What are your favorite things to make?
I like to make a quick tuna and egg salad and put it on toast then melt cheese slices over it in the oven. You take a hard boiled egg and chop it roughly and add it with one can of tuna (add one more egg if you like, depends how much you like eggs) about a palm full of finely chopped onions, add a spoonful of mayo, a quick squirt of mustard, some paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

I like slicing up a large onion into long strands and fry it in a bit of oil in the bottom of a pot. Once they've caramelized a bit, I throw two cups of water in with 'em, add a bouillon cube (I always use vegetable, but it's traditionally done with beef; alternatively you can just use two cups of stock/broth if you have that instead), and bring it all to a boil. Bam, quick and easy homemade onion soup. I don't bother with the bread/cheese and baking to make it french onion soup - too many steps, can't be bothered. I just want the dang soup. XD
I also enjoy toasted tomato sandwiches. Toast two pieces of bread and mayo both, then add slices of tomato. Salt and pepper if you want. I like to add mustard, sometimes lettuce if I have it on hand. Super basic, but I have this for lunch almost every day. =P
Quick pan quesadilla.
One large tortilla, fold in half to crease, open, put a couple tablespoons of salsa on one side, generous amount of BBQ chicken chunks, sprinkle cheese, fold over and put in pan. Brown on one side, brown on the either, cut into two pieces and dip in sour cream.
Oh man i totally don't like french onion soup but my mom really does so i will remember that quick way to make it next time she comes to visit me!
now I wish I had tortillas! That sounds delicious

non-toasted tomato sandwiches are also good and I do mine the same way. For a while there I was having that for lunch daily. Just plain bread with mayo, salt and pepper and tomato slices on it. Finally someone else who likes tomato sandwiches, people act like I'm crazy when I talk about it.
You can do the same method with a piece of cheese for cheese toast, using bread, or crackers, or extra hard taco shells snapped in half to create 2 flat surfaces (we have those because too many comes in the pack we buy)
I love cheese toast I make it all the time. I like to pre toast the bread then put on mayo, drizzle a little mustard, then cheese and then melt it in the oven.

I have a thing for cheese toasties, but I have one of those plug in, countertop sandwich makers, so it's super easy to make a hot sandwich at the drop of a hat. Toasted peanut butter, cheese and sweet pickle, bbq turkey/ham/chicken. Makes a nice change from deli sandwiches and you can use the same lunchmeat (I usually shred mine) with different sauces to make it all new when you're tired of the same ol' same ol'.
..also, if you don't mind leftovers I have a recipe for a delicious semi-home made chicken pot pie. Takes almost no time and is super scrumptious, plus the leftovers are yummy too.

Homemade Chicken Pie
Ingredients 2 cans Cream of Potato Soup ½ cup milk 1 16oz can Veg-all (It’s a veggie mix) ½ tsp thyme 2 cups cooked diced chicken or 1 5 oz cans of chicken ½ to ¼ tsp pepper 2 9 inch pie crusts (Pilsbury premade, not the frozen ones, the ones you find with the biscuits in the store)
Directions: Combine the first six ingredients. Put one crust into pie pan, smooshing appropriately (don’t forget to poke a few holes with a fork so there are no bubbles) dump the mixture in there, cover with top crust. Make sure to crimp the edges to seal. Slit or poke top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool ten minutes before serving. - I usually just brown up two chicken breasts in a skillet and then chop them up. I'm going to assume you'll be able to do the same with an equivalent of...mushrooms. XD
You can use a large can of chicken, or if you've leftovers those work admirably.
Chow Mein "haystack" Candy Ingredients 12oz butterscotch chips 12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 oz can cocktail peanuts 5-6 oz chow mein noodles
Directions: Melt chips in microwave, stir several times. When melted fully add peanuts and noodles. Drop in teaspoons onto wax paper, let cool.
Ham And Cheddar Crescent Bread
Ingredients One package of the square, pre-sliced ham deli meat (the smaller pack, I don't remember the oz!) Approx. 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed Approx. 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tbs Dijon or honey mustard 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Slice ham into small squares. Combine ham, broccoli, cheese, mayonnaise and mustard, mix well. Unroll the cans of dough long sides together on the cookie sheet, forming a 15 X 12 inch rectangle. Press edges and perforations to seal. Spread the ham mixture in the middle of the dough and squish together into as loaf like a shape as possible. About six inches long is right (you want dough on all sides). Then make cuts 1 ½ inches apart on long side of dough to within a ½ inch of filling. Twisting (optional) each strip once, alternately cross strips over filling. Tuck short ends under, press to seal. Bake in the over for 28 to 33 minutes until deep golden brown (they mean deep golden almost just shy of looking nearly dark enough to be called lightly burnt ^.^) Cool 5 minutes and then cut into slices. My bestie prefers to do a circle, but the actual shape of the bread if up to you.
