I can't remember if there was an announcement last year around Black Friday concerning what would be in considered in the 50% sale?

From what I understand: some(?) CWs in the cash shop would be 25% off ?? pet overlays discounted? ?? pet slots might still be discounted? ?? user and pet name changes won't be discounted?? or will not be discounted 50%, instead, some smaller one? and I'm not sure if anything has or would be said about loyalty cards, but I'm going to guess that a new loyalty card would come out around the time of Black Friday

Our current loyalty card came out in late July, so the next one is due for late October.

Pet slots/overlays/pet name changes/username changes will no longer be discounted, iirc. I know pet slots are no longer going to be discounted, I'm not 100% sure about the rest but I assume they all go along together. Cash Shop CWs kind of change a little bit every year it seems, but I think it's safe to say they will probably be discounted in some form this year

according to this news post, "This is the last time that the account upgrade items (like name changes and pet slots) will be included in the Black Friday sale".

The Black Friday seems to be when they do a lot of changes to the Cash Shop. They add and remove a lot of stuff during that time. The only downside is that CSC prices skyrocket.

There will probably be a new Loyalty Card in late November, since the CSC purchases also increase a ton.

I hope they also come out with an early news post/announcement thread of what has full/some discount and what doesn't (like.. cws, hustler, GA, boutique bundles and vending). Like, I think GAs were never discounted? but I can't recall clearly, haha

The loyalty cards have been coming out every 3 months, I don't think they would put it off just for Black Friday (especially since because of Black Friday, people are going to be buying massive amounts of CSC either way. Releasing the loyalty card in October to follow the pattern makes more sense since it would convince people to buy CSC instead of just waiting for Black Friday. And Black Friday purchases will still fill up the card)

I don't think GAs ever get discounted either, but I think at least the Hustler does. I want to say boutique items do too, but I can't remember off hand haha

yeah I couldn't find a pattern for the loyalty cards but late October would make more sense. Anyway, GAs, monthly collections and gift cards (okay gift cards are obvious) don't get discounted. Now, this includes account upgrading features like name changes and pet slots and overlays.

yea, I remember getting a lot of the boutique items on discount either last year or the year before.

hmm I feel like in the past monthly collections were discounted, only the one for that month (November), and not the December one (when the calender rolls over and the sale is still going on). My best guess will be that the other monthly collection offerings won't be discounted though...

I would assume what's posted on the news is correct or planned, because it's very reliable. However, there's always the possibility they will change their mind, for example putting boosters in the cash shop although they initially promised not to.

My prediction is that they might do the sale in a different way this year.
