Hello! Name of character; Sylvia References; Sylvia Anything I need to know?; i would love the cartoon style and since she's a witch could you incorporate her casting some spells or using magic. Maybe even having a spell backfire on her so she has some smudges on her face...

Would you be interested in my human (technically fairy, but humanoid) girl Noelle either as she is in that HA form, or with her wings (there isn't an item on here that accurately represents them, but they are based on stained glass windows, similar in concept to this fantastic painting?)
Could be either serious or cartoon, but does have a good deal of rainbowy, multicolored aspects to her, so I'll understand if you'd rather not (as multicolored is in your weak points). I can certainly give you some personality if you are interested (assuming your slot is still open)

Slots are currently full, might open a waiting list if people are interested :p It is one of my weakpoints but I'm always willing to try, and personality is always a plus (: helps me come up with a expression/pose
