Man I never thought this day would come. I finally got to the 40k achievement for hoarding unique items. And man I am just not sure if I can make it to that last 5k. I spent about 100m just on the last 1k items. I have (more or less) every item 150k and under. I have less than 100m to spend, even if I empty my shop vault.

I won't be dismantling my hoard until at least morostide. But I'm not sure if I want to keep going for the achievement. I think I might rather have my wardrobe back... it's not even an achievement with a title or item reward. Why am I doing this to myself?

I made it to 40k. Is that enough? Should I try to get that last 5k? It's going to be so expensive. I am so broke...

with morostride and christmas and then zombies and candy hearts and steamwork, youll probably get a lot more items faster. you're almost to the season of the events, just wait it out and youll be so happy you did!

I hear you! Everything has gotten so pricey. I need to read 99 more books to my pet to get her to the job level I want and each book is over 1.5 million! crazy, who has that much sP to spend anyway???

don't give up just yet! you have come so far already :) only thing what will happen if you don't continue is that you'll get regret since you were so close... and because of the upcoming events, more items will be released so it'll be easier to get the last 5k items :)

I also want to encourage you! Hang in there, you are so close to getting the last achievement so you should keep going! Otherwise you'll definitely regret it in the future. And think of all the money you'll make when you sell all that stuff you don't need;) You might be broke now, but it'll all pay off in the end! ^-^

Yeahhhhhhh the events coming up. Maybe morostide will be huge. It's just rough because like ... I have all vesnali and masquerade and quest shop and valentine items... I'm not sure what another year of events will even add at this point lol

Yeah selling everything off after is going to be fun. Going to fill up so many collections too lol

I'm kind of in the same boat - I'm a few hundred away from hitting the 30k mark and am contemplating packing it in because 15k seems so much more difficult at the moment. If I just had 5k left I'd probably keep going.

Because achievement. And competitiveness. xD And 5k at least sounds sort of manageable. So maybe stick it out for just that much longer and then rest on your well deserved laurels?

yes, and at the job forum where I post they need to know the LAST detail, and that is how many days required to get to the next level, and I am worried I wont reach it before the time is up and then I wont be able to give them that information, and all this spending will be for naught. :P

Yeah I keep saying how weird it will be when I finish to just buy things because I want them. I have so much event stuff and token shop stuff that I just don't care about lol just to fill up my hoard. I feel like when I was in your place it looked so much easier because everything was so much cheaper. Now it's like ... IF I make 2m a day and IF I do all my quests every single day for a WHOLE YEAR then I'll only make about 700m. I could use that to finish hoard but ONLY IF everything cost 140k. Which I am already beyond spending ... idk idk we'll see where the end of year events brings me.

Does it need to be books read or is it just int? Might be cheaper to buy boosters maybe.

yes, except the slimes are random and I average about 1 in 3 so it almost cost a million just there. Grrr. I should play that game that gives intel, but mostly I just do item hunt and jobs and search for books I can read to Pollie. Haven't been able to play much more than that lately. : (

I'm getting to that point - the only stuff left is the really old, super expensive stuff that I can't afford. high fives I bet it does look easier from where I am right now! I'll try to make it past Luminaire too, and see how it goes then.

I haven't yet emptied my wardrobe or my vault - I've been resisting, because I don't want things to get combined and confused, but I bet that would help a lot.
