So I'm 21 today, and it feels really weird. I've not done much with my life and I'm not sure what I can still achieve with my time. I've got one year left of uni, then I don't know what to do.
A couple of family members gave me some money and my mum bought me an Ike amiibo (♥), which I'm really really grateful for -- I can put it towards a good PC so it won't crash when I'm writing essays. orz ; u ;
I'm a little sad because some family forgot, but I guess they're busy so it's okay. I'm more upset that most of my friends have forgotten and don't really have time for me, but we're not little any more so I shouldn't expect them to have time really. Just sucks 'cause I've been asking if they wanna hang out recently a few times, but... eh, it's not so bad. I'm just gonna play Inquisition and ACNL. :')
What do you guys do to make yourselves happy? Any pick-me-up tips?

For whatever it's worth, happy birthday. c:
I spent my 21st dodging questions of if I was going to go out that night. Like uhm, no thanks. My 26th was simply playing Inquisition and talking with friends.

happy birthday!!
my birthday always ends up not being a big deal too. it's probably come up in conversations with my friends 100 times but they never seem to remember so i've gotten used to it. so i can kind of relate uvu
that's the nice thing about acnl, though, your villagers always remember! ;o;

(Haven't been around these parts of the forums recently) Happy Belated birthday! Hopefully things got better for you.
I know how it is to have a birthday forgotten. If it wasn't for Facebook, I'm sure no one would have said anything. I usually play video games to get my mind off of things. I usually feel better, because of trolls or something in-game that makes me giggle.

Found this thread a little late, but wanted to wish you a happy belated birthday!! Sometimes friends and family get busy with everyday stuff and don't realize your special day has come and gone. I wouldn't take it personally, but rather make your own special day, treat yourself to something you have been needing or wanting. Even if it is something small like trying a new frozen yogurt place or spending some time at your favorite park.
Old topic
My birthday is a holiday in Mexico, May 10 Dia de las Madres. This year I would like to get myself (yes myself) a PS3 or another PSP. But in all effects, we'll all go out to have dinner wherever our mother chooses. But as a bonus I'll be making a full pitcher of almond horchata.
I would hope my gamer friend can still have lunch with me, last year he called me just as I was getting to where we'd meet to tell me he's been hospitalized.
23 is the next prime number for you .
