yes, the battle prizes are awarded for each individual pet you fought with, and for crafting. so if you crafted and battled, you will have earned multiples of some of the prizes.

even if I only made 2 weapons? O_o

if you only made weapons and didn't fight with any pets, then you should only have gotten one set of battle prizes. two of the prizes were participation prizes, meaning as long as you made some effort, even if you didn't do any damage, you got them. so if you made weapons AND fought with a pet (regardless of how much or how little damage you did with either method), then you would have gotten two sets of battle prizes.

I got Sweet Spirit Offering x2 and Restless Sad Spirit x2. I know those were from forging if I'm correct? I only ever made 2 weapons period, though I got 2 of each making a total of 4 forging prizes? I'm confused lol

I have different prizes for battling

those two are the participation prizes. you got one of each for forging, and another one of each for battling. in addition, if you did enough damage by battling, you got more prizes. this is the list of battle prizes:

Weapons crafted also counted towards your damage done, up to 25k (I believe that was the limit given, anyway). So they all came out of the same prize pool, crafting basically just counted as another "category" like you would have for battling with different pets
