Hello! I would like to suggest an option in preferences to not get the Hustler ad. I don't know about you guys but I think it's annoying to have to come on every day and click that 'x.' I'd rather just not get them, or even to have an option to get it only if the item is on my WL. Honestly, I just don't like it on top like that. I wouldn't even mind it if it was a notification in events. Just give us an option to remove it though, please?

i agree it's very annoying (and also glitched so it doesn't even look how it should) and there ought to be a way to opt out of it. but in the meantime, you can use this custom CSS to prevent it from showing up: .hustler{display:none;}

I can get behind an option to disable them. I don't want an option to only see items when they're on your WL, though. It's too easy; if you opt out of seeing the alerts and can't be assed to check the Hustler page, then it's on you if you miss a WL item

I dunno. It's a one click thing to remove it and that's that. It doesn't come back again until it changes again. However, it does make the ping group rater obsolete. It's not like it keeps coming up again and again every time you close it for the same item. I'm indifferent about the whole thing but wanted to put my $0.02 in.

To me it's better than the ping group because it tells you right up front what's for sale so you don't have to go to the group and wait for the post to resolve to then see it's something you didn't care about.

I miss getting the ad as well (it's really helpful if you happen to have an unhealthy obsession of stalking the Hustler for old collection items). I seem to recall reading somewhere that not everyone was supposed to get it right now while Keith is testing it out, but I can't remember where I saw that. I support the idea of an option to disable it, but I hope that we get the option to keep it too. :)

I think just joining the group is fine to be honest ;o; If you don't want to check the post, you can simply check the hustler's page when you get a ping, because there's no need to load the post if you can just go to the Hustler. If you want to know if an item is worth it, you can simply join the badhustle ping group, or if you're interested in non-wearables, you can join the hustlernw group. It works out well and saves lots of time. I like it a lot more than the pop-ups.
