Problem with the Hustler

At the top of my screen I have gotten the Hustler asking me "Can I interest you in such item for only 250CSC?" I have pressed the "Buy" button but nothing happened and I do not have the item. Am I doing something wrong or what?
I think clicking the Buy button is supposed to take you to the actual Hustler page, which is here!

I don't know about that. I clicked 'buy' on an ad and got the item without going to the CS Hustler's page.
You don't mention if you were deducted the 250 CSC's. If you were you need to file a ticket immediately.

Read that post, first time I've seen it. Keith says "now" when buying so it's obviously updated from when I bought. I've bought once and that was the first one I got. Updating was a great idea so people don't buy by mistake.
Looks like you DO need to move over to the CS to actually buy the item.

What I'm not getting tho is why you weren't sent to the Cash Shop in the first place??? According to Keith that 'buy' button is really just a link to the Shop so mistakes aren't made. The feature is new so tweaks will be made. Keith has always been really great about that. By the way, I do hope you were able to get the item you wanted!
It wouldn't be the first time little mistakes have happened but when they do the Staff go to great lengths to fix things. Thanks for the heads up on that 2 click feature, as I said earlier I missed that post.
supposedly what the buy button actually does is add "?act=hustler" to the end of your current url, so if you are not already in the cash shop, there is a chance it won't work and will instead leave you on your current page. for instance if you are in your inventory it will change the url to "http://subeta.net/inventory.php?act=hustler" which will just refresh the inventory page.
