My sister was trying to log in to her account but for some reason the PW chrome has saved isn't the current PW and she can't retrieve it because the email she used to register years back has become deactivated (and forgotten for that matter). Is there any way she can contact staff through her new email to retrieve her PW?
I know Subeta has a customer service email, but I can't find it in the tiny links at the bottom of each page which is where I thought it was. Maybe you can file a ticket in Help and ask what address she should write to.
Well she tried the email they post when you try filing a ticket while logged out, it's just that the email she used and the one she registered with won't match...
I believe that while having an email that matches the one on the account helps a lot, it is not required. Maybe they have some other way of knowing whether she's the right account owner? It is worth a try.

If you make a ticket to tell them she sent an email, it'll take less long. I don't know how many emails they get nowadays or how often the email address is even checked.
