Is the shop buff no more? I've been buying items, but haven't seen it once today.

it still is. but it is harder to get now, or I should say less frequent. I saw a post from Keith somewhere saying he changed it. Sorry, don't know where.

Thank you for informing us! I did not see the thread and had no idea that it wasn't meant to be permanent - I thought it was! I was confused myself and was wondering why siteupdate was not pinged - is this not important enough?

That thread was tucked into the Dismissed Reports section of Problems and Bugs. No idea why it hasn't been addressed more publicly. said here (tucked into another dismissed board) that she was going to get someone to post it to the ping group, but that was three days ago and I haven't seen anything else.

it was also mentioned here but it was never pinged because has trouble pinging siteupdate and Keith never did it for her.

we really need a place that staff can show the updates they make to things that doesn't get buried in the forums

And yeah... I feel like a creeper sometimes because I find most things out from looking through the staff posts link (and Keith's profile). lol

Ah! Thanks for pointing that out to me. I would have never looked in the Dismissed section of Problems & Bugs! Or the This is Not a Bug thread - is it bad that I didn't know that existed?

I definitely agree that there needs to be somewhere where staff can post these small, but important updates. It's really too bad that a user has to search through multiple forums to find one post addressing the situation.

it's a new This is not a Bug thread that no one really knew about since it didn't get a siteupdate ping unfortunately, but even with that ping, some people won't ever find it because they don't get pings from the glitch or they aren't a member. a few people discussed ideas on how to do that here and I really hope they look at that thread and can put something like that in place

Definitely going to head over to that thread now and read through it. You've also just reminded me about the broken group pings system - I'm worried I've missed some pings now! Thanks for all your help though. :)

Normal pings work fine for me, group pings are definitely glitched though
