One of the requirements for the blue building is to "Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more ", how do you increase you pets rating?

Rating means battle stats so you have to train your Pet at the Training Center.

, ahh thanks, probably a really stupid question, but where can you actually see your pets rating or what is it?

You have to add its stats and together they have to add up to 100 in order to fulfill the requirement.
