I am making an educational pet about the Gharial, a crocodile native to the rivers of India. So I am looking for flora and fauna one would find in the Indian subcontinent. I don't need clothing or trinkets.

I currently have

@ Lantern My first thought is stuff that looks like water and fish. :) Let me see if I can find any that would fit the place..

Edit: I'm sorry I'm not sure what you meant by trinket and I'm not sure how specific exactly you are looking for so please disregard any or all of this if it doesn't suit you. :)

They have a lot of big, normal looking grey fish and eels. Subeta doesn't have exact species but there are a couple that look like what you would find in the region. Of course if you are going for 100% exact than they won't work.

the kingfisher is from nepal is a wearable and cw though :[ not sure if this is considered a trinket if not there are also peacock feathers I believe.

bamboo stuff would work as it grows in nepal

water stuff if you want to represent the river

fauna- but it's a cw. (could be a monitor lizard)
