I got two things I wanna ask. Have you ever seen Code Lyoko? It's a scifi where kids discover a super computer and accidentally awaken a sentient virus hellbent on taking over the world. Now you don't have to seen it but we can emulate it, it's not a difficult thing to emulate as a based off original idea.

Also there was this comic book series called Fables about a ton of European Fairy Tales fleeing to New York to escape a Hitler like Fairy Tale char raising an army to enslave all Fairy Tale dominions.

I figured that what I was asking does the concepts intrigue you? Their concepts are so easy to make original ideas you don't need to read/watch them to emulate a simple setting like them.

Hmm, sounds interesting. Not sure what you mean by Tiger and Bunny, though? Are you familiar with the webcomic Grrl Power?

Well Tiger and Bunny is anime that's about the first superhero duo on a reality show about superheroing and the drama that goes on behind the scenes. As for grrl power, I know of it I never got into it due to laziness even though it seemed interesting.

I have more overarching backdrop fluff in mind than full on plots, like going for an alternate history earth where superhoing has become a legitimate form of work and magically endowed heroes start making their way into the scene despite the fact that it's viewed unfavorably in most circles, both because of the risks involved in being a mage, the propensity for being used in organized crime, and it's portrayal in the media. Kinda just cooked up the idea as soon as I read your first post on this thread XP
