if you mean for any of the pandemic viruses, I believe you can just goto the healer now and she can heal you..but if you mean for the 'greying thing' then no nothing has come out for that(if its even something curable)

I think the healer was for Morostide skins? But either way, you can just go to the beta wardrobe and turn it off, you don't need to cure it (an actual skin, I mean, not the black and white effect)
