I have gotten the 15% discount shop buff a bunch of times in the past couple of days (recently back from hiatus so new to me). I was wondering if the 15% discount will go on top of the 30% discount card I have, or if the card I have is effectively rendered useless until the buff goes away.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Yup, they stack together. Iirc the 15% comes off first (but don't quote me on that, I might have it backwards) but the text after buying an item will only mention your discount card

When you purchase an item in a shop, it'll say something along the lines of "I see you have a discount card! Your price is XXXXSP." and underneath that (if you have the buff) it'll tell you your buff gave you XYZsp off. 99% sure the 30% comes off first, then the 15%.

It says "I see you have a discount card! I'll give you a discounted price of 1,341 sP! Pink Lemonade Zoom Soda has been added to your inventory. Your main shop discount buff gave you 15% (339 sP) off the main price!"
