I posted a short story on Gengar's profile. I would like opinions as I am just tapping back into my writing. I am wanting him to be a subeta /pokemon hybrid, not just a pokefanpet. I tried to keep it simple yet intriguing? Let me know what you think, have I accomplished what I was aiming for?

Cute? Being paralyzed and kidnapped by a hybrid demon sounds creepy to me! I think this is a really well-made introduction for your idea and for your "poképetcat". Of course the reader has to know what a Gengar is, but I guess you can't explain the whole idea of Pokémon in your story. I stumbled a little on the hypnosis-part. Since you are using the video game phrases, shouldn't your protagonist fall asleep after being attacked with hypnosis? Maybe this is just nit-picking, but it made me wonder. I would like to read more about what happens to your protagonist afterwards. This creature doesn't seem to be an easy pet. And I'd like to know more about how the whole hybrid thing happened in the beginning. What I am tying to say is: More, please! Greetings and have a nice day, Kassy

Haha, I couldn't help but to add that last phrase seeing as he is peacefully dozing off on her lap. I understand the dilemma! I took hypnosis as more of a "you have my complete attention" deal. Now that you bring it up though, it sort of bothers me too. xD I decided to morph them because I had more inspiration to write and his design that way, rather than making him a complete pokefan pet! Ok ok, I will try to write more when it comes to me. I am ecstatic that you enjoyed the read! Thank you so much for your time. :D

just thought i'd point out that, on the first line, it says "still as a statue with this smug ." i'm assuming that's supposed to say "expression" at the end of the sentence, but, oddly, the word "expression" is not allowed in coding on subeta (yes, even outside of the style tags) because it can be used in malicious code. to bypass this, simply break up the word with some useless code, i.e.

expression

also, in the fourth paragraph, it says "My body has seized to function." "seized" should be "ceased."
