Hi everyone!

So, a friend and I were talking about neo the other day, and I ended up inviting her here. She had troubles comleting the tutorial because of one step involving the wardrobe. She was able to finish it up at some point, but now her avatar is showing only clothing: Base is completely black, not showing face features. She showed me a screencap of her wardrobe, and the problem wasn't the layering. She also tried both wardrobes.

I advised her to do the hard reset, and that apparently didn't help. Also, I am doing this post for her because I know the site a bit better, and also because my english is better.

I also haven't been able to see her profile, at all, even though I can see other profiles without problems.

Any idea what might be happening? She joined the site yesterday night. I don't want her to have a bad impression of subeta...

thanks! At the moment of creating this Topic I didn't know and was in a hurry to help my friend. I did find those two threads later, and I hope the issues appearing in more than one account will make them relative enough that staff will check them soon.

I'm pretty new too, and I had the same exact problem your friend had. I've never had a working avatar so I hope things get fixed soon! Here's to being patient. :x
