Does anyone noticed that Saggi was asking for cheaper items for a while and not giving out big rewards? Now he's asking for very high priced items. Can someone explain this?

quests are constantly being changed. In Feedback, there's been a long ongoing thread about Saggitarius. Most of the stuff users have been saying there seems a bit hyperbolic.

I don't do quests very often, but during the quest week, he didn't seem all that different to me.
