Okay, I just randomly got a message that I have been warned that I will be frozen because I have multiple accounts. I do not have multiple accounts. I have been on this site for years, and I even have changed my name with my totem for being on here for years. Why do I all of a sudden out of the blue get this warning?
Do you have anyone else in the same household or using the same wifi network signing up for an account on Subeta? Perhaps that could be the reason you have the warning, because two or more subeta accounts are sharing the same IP address or something.
I say, you should message an admin about this.

If you have a sibling or someone else using the same IP as you, you should make a ticket to let staff know. My sister (very infrequently) uses her account but years ago I let staff know I have a sister playing and it's never been an issue.
